The following disclosures apply to High Peaks Capital and its three affiliated business lines: Credit Partners (bridge lending), Advisors (investment sales advisory), and Investment Partners (principal investing). These disclosures are provided in addition to, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

About the platform

High Peaks Capital is a commercial real estate finance platform based in Victor, New York. Each of the three business lines described on this Site operates through one or more affiliated legal entities, which may have different licenses, registrations, and regulatory obligations depending on jurisdiction and activity. Where appropriate, services are provided only by the entity that is properly authorized in the relevant jurisdiction.

Lending activities — Credit Partners

Bridge lending and related credit activities are conducted by High Peaks Capital’s Credit Partners business and its affiliates. Loans are originated to commercial entities for business purposes only. Loans are not offered to consumers and are not residential mortgage loans subject to the Truth in Lending Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, or analogous state consumer-protection statutes.

Lending activities are conducted in accordance with applicable state commercial lending licensing and notification requirements, including, where required, the California Financing Law, applicable Arizona, Florida, Michigan, and similar state regimes. Specific licensing and registration information is available on request.

Brokerage and advisory activities — Advisors

Real estate brokerage activities are conducted by licensed brokers in the jurisdictions in which they are licensed. Capital markets advisory and investment sales engagements are subject to a written engagement agreement that defines scope, fees, and the parties’ respective obligations.

Where any aspect of an engagement involves the offer or sale of securities, that activity is conducted exclusively through duly registered persons and entities, in compliance with applicable federal and state securities laws.

Investment activities — Investment Partners

Investment Partners pursues principal real estate investments, including direct equity, general partner positions, and ground-up development. Where third-party capital is involved, any offer or sale of securities is made only to qualified investors pursuant to formal offering documents that contain detailed risk factors, conflicts of interest, and other material information.
