High Peaks Capital Investment Partners is the principal investment affiliate of the High Peaks Capital platform. We invest our own capital alongside qualified partners in multifamily, industrial, and ground-up development opportunities — primarily in Upstate New York and Central Florida, with select investments in other markets where we have direct relationships.

Every investment is underwritten by a principal who has personally general-contracted, financed, and operated more than fifty value-add and development projects. We invest where we can add real underwriting, structuring, or operating value — not where we are simply allocating capital.
