Derek Carroll
Principal
Mr. Carroll is a real estate capital markets industry veteran with over a decade of experience. He has worked on billions of dollars worth of deals as either advisor or principal. Before starting High Peaks Capital he spent years at NorthMarq Capital, one of the largest privately held capital advisory firms in the country, where he was an award winning producer. Mr Carroll. has a degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University with concentrations in finance and real estate, is a licensed real estate broker in NY and holds the Series 63 and 82 registrations with FINRA.
Derek and his team are focused on leveraging his years of industry experience to help real estate investors and developers across the country source attractive capital structures for their deals and funds.
